How many people can play Olé11?
Between 2-6 people can play Olé11. The game changes depending on how many people play and who you play with. You can also play in teams of 2.
What age is Olé11 recommended for?
Olé11 is a light strategy game which can be enjoyed by people of all abilities (just like a soccer game!). There is depth to master for competitive players and a Top Tactics Expansion which you can add to dial up the level. It also includes a Play it Your Way Section where you can make it harder, easier, longer, shorter or add more drama. It is safety tested for ages 10+. Children will need help to learn the rules at first but should learn quickly.
How long does a game of Olé11 take?
A game takes between 15 and 90 minutes depending on the number of players, any Play it Your Way adjustments you make and the amount of table banter! It is shorter for 2 players and longer for 6 players.
Do I need to know about soccer to play Olé11?
No. While it is inspired by soccer, you don't need to know or follow the sport to understand and enjoy Olé11.
Is Olé11 easy to learn?
Your match kit includes player aids and a comprehensive rulebook. There is also a 'how to play' video on this website to help you learn Olé11. Most people learn what they need to know quickly and there is tactical depth to master the more you play.
What's the difference between El Classico and the Stadium Edition?
We originally conceptualised Olé11 like street soccer – you can play it with anyone, anywhere, anytime. We stayed true to that inspiration with El Classico.
We created the Stadium Edition to celebrate our launch on Kickstarter - it only happens once! It is a limited release edition.
The Stadium Edition includes 6 team boards and 1 pitch board. The boards give more structure to arrange your players, increase visibility of who has what and add table presence.
The Stadium Edition also features the team hex and goal design on all the components. This looks great while giving you more gameplay options.
You also get 11 black puntos cards, 11 tokens for the penalty shootout, a linen finish on all cards, a premium tray, a larger rulebook, a first edition collector's tile and a 12 inch square box.
Where do you ship to and what is the cost?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We use local fulfilment partners and rates where possible and add this to your shipping cost at checkout. If you are outside of these regions, please message us and we will look into it.
